the lazy makoti’s ginger & pineapple lamb chops

INGREDIENTS

Spice rub

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon steak and chops

1 teaspoon pepper

6-8 lamb chops

1 tablespoon Oil


Glaze

1/2 cup syrup from canned pineapple

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

METHOD

1. Make the spice rub and rub it generously onto the lamb chops

2. Heat oil and grill chops 3-5 mins on each side then set aside

3. In the same pan, add the glaze ingredients and simmer on low for 10 mins to thicken

4. Return chops to the pan and cook 5 mins.
