Herbed lamb tripe

Lamb

1 small onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 Tablespoons Oil

3 Tablespoons fresh Rosemary and Thyme, chopped

200g, lamb tripe cooked in water and salt

250ml beef/mutton stock

Salt and pepper

METHOD

Heat oil in pot, add onion, garlic, rosemary and thyme, tripe, salt and pepper, stock and let it cook for 8-12 minutes.
