Mini (Lamb) keto tacos

INGREDIENTS
1 red onion, finely diced
1 handful baby tomatoes
300g pulled lamb shoulder
8 round cloud bread tacos
¾ cup sour cream
1 avocado, smashed
2 sprigs coriander, picked
METHOD
Chop onion and tomato for taco salsa. Heat pulled lamb and build tacos. With more or less 40-50g lamb per tacos, avocado, onion & tomato salsa, sour cream and coriander.
