Lamb liver kebabs

INGREDIENTS

400g lamb liver, cubed

1 Tbsp cajun spice

2 Tbsp dried rosemary and sage grind

1 Tbsp canola oil

Salt and Pepper

Half red pepper, cubed

Half yellow pepper, cubed

Half green pepper, cubed

8 kebab sticks

METHOD

1.  Soak kebab sticks in water

2. In a bowl, place the lamb liver and mix in the spices and canola oil

3. Thread the liver and the rest of the ingredients onto the kebab sticks as follows: red pepper,
liver, green pepper, liver, yellow pepper.

4. Place the kebabs onto a baking tray and place into a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
The liver should still be juicy and tender
