Smoked BBQ Lamb chops

INGREDIENTS
40 lamb chops
3 Tbsp Braai mix spice
2 cups Smoked BBQ marinade
2 cups Chipotle sauce
1 cup cooking oil
3 sprigs rosemary (to garnish)
METHOD
1. Heat a griddle to high heat
2. Season lamb chops with braai mix and drizzle the oil. Mix through.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the smoked BBQ marinade and chipotle sauce
4. Place the lamb chops on the hot griddle for 1 minute. Turn the lamb chops over and quickly baste with the marinade mixture. Turn over once again to baste the other side of the lamb chops. Remove from heat and place in a food warmer. Use sprigs of rosemary to garnish.
N.B You can braai the chops instead of using a griddle
